BM Young Professional Development Program


BM Young Professional Development Program aims to develop young professionals and business school students. In addition to professional training and coaching programs, they will benefit from on-going coaching sessions, forums and mentorship on their specific professions and new business innovative from our professionals and business experts.  Participants will also have the opportunity to pitch a business project idea and secure support for their initiative through our business coaching and start-ups accelerator program.

CRITERIA'S FOR RECRUITMENT , SELECTION AND CERTIFICATION

To ensure the expected outcome of the program and qualified young professional candidate. We are pay more attention on our recruitment process and selection criteria's of our student and young employee candidate: All student must be at year 3 -4 at any universities or having less 4 years of experiences at any institutions or companies. All candidates should meet the following criteria’s before applying to the program :

  1. Good in Speaking and Writing English
  2. Be honest and responsible person
  3. Have a good interpersonal skills
  4. Commitment to the program for 6 months
  5. Willing to learn a new things and adapt to team working environment
  6. All selected candidates are required to accountable with the program agreement.
  7. The candidate who have been absent from the program curriculum 15% wont be qualified for the program certification and having to retake the next round.
